At Samurai Sportswear Australasia Limited we can offer you standard and express delivery options. See below for further information.

Standard Delivery6-8 weeksOur bespoke leisurewear range has a manufacturing lead time of 6-8 weeks from approval of your order (see terms and conditions) All leadtimes are subject to availability and will be confirmed at point of receiving your order.

* Lead times will only commence once an order has been checked & authorised in writing, and payment made if applicable.

Samurai Core Stock Delivery

Once your order has been received, we will endeavour to deliver your goods within 5-7 working days. If you would like your core stock products customised, a delivery time of 10-14 working days will apply (Please note there is a minimum order quantity of 10 garments of mixed stock products in any style, fit and colour).

*Delivery times may vary depending on business seasons. Lead times will only commence once an order has been checked and authorised in writing (by hard copy, fax or email) by the customer. It is then classified as a confirmed order.

Samurai Teamwear Returns

Custom made garments are subject to customer approval before being made to order. Because of this we are unable to
accept returns or exchanges.

For Samurai Core Stock orders, we are only able to accept returns on products that have not been worn or personalised.

If you wish to return or exchange a Core Stock item, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt, in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).

In a situation where Samurai Sportswear has failed to comply with the approved customer order instructions through errors, omissions or the product is faulty, we will more than happily exchange the product within 7 days of delivery.

Notification of an issue or fault with a bespoke order must be sent to Samurai Sportswear within 7 days of delivery. The product must be returned in an unused condition and the cost of any loss or damage of the product will be charged to the customer.

The standard warranty for garments manufactured by Samurai International is 6 months.

At samurai we invest in our product innovation & we’re proud to provide “Samurai Super Six”. Our 6 best selling performance garments that now qualify for our extended 12 month warranty. Speak to one of our friendly sales team for more information.

We do not accept and cannot process any returns without a returns number and accompanying documentation which will be provided after notification. Any items returned incorrectly will be subject to a reshipping and handling charge. To request a returns number please email nzenquiries@samurai-sports.com Samurai does not bear the direct costs of
returning goods as stated on our ordering notification. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery or courier service with adequate insurance cover as Samurai cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
